Privacy policy
How CWG Solutions LLC handles information submitted through this site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use freight or clinical shipment details for advertising.
What we collect
When you submit a quote or contact request we collect what you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, role, and the freight details needed to price and dispatch the work — origin and destination addresses, timing windows, commodity, piece count, weight, dimensions, declared value, special handling requirements, and any notes you add.
When you look up a shipment we collect the reference number you enter in order to return its status.
Our hosting and analytics providers record standard technical information such as IP address, user agent, and pages requested. This is used to keep the site available and secure.
Protected health information
Medical courier work can involve protected health information. This website is not a channel for PHI. Do not enter patient names, identifiers, diagnoses, or specimen details into the quote form or the tracking field.
Text you enter into form notes is transmitted to our intake destination and is not persisted in browser storage or forwarded to analytics. Where CWG handles PHI in the course of transport, it is handled under an executed business associate agreement and the operational safeguards described on the Technology page — not through this site.
How we use it
To price, schedule, dispatch, and confirm freight; to reach you about a request you submitted; and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to a motor carrier.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers that operate this site and our dispatch systems, acting on our instructions — hosting, email delivery, mapping and address validation, and our transportation management system.
Consignors, consignees, and appointment contacts as necessary to complete a delivery, and regulators or insurers where required.
How long we keep it
Freight and transport records are kept for three years, consistent with a motor carrier's recordkeeping obligations. Quote requests that do not become shipments are kept for twelve months, then deleted.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to dispatch and customer records is role-based and limited to personnel who need it for the work. Raw vehicle GPS and driver identity are never exposed on public pages.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion, contact dispatch@thecwgsolutions.com or call 832-364-9310. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Where state law grants you additional privacy rights, we honor them. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date below.
