These terms cover use of this website. They are not a transportation contract — freight moves under a separate rate confirmation, bill of lading, and, where applicable, a master transportation services agreement with CWG Solutions LLC.
This site is information, not a contract of carriage
Nothing on this website is an offer to transport, a rate quote, a guaranteed transit time, or a commitment of capacity. Service descriptions state what we do, not what we promise on a given shipment.
A quote becomes binding only when CWG issues it in writing for a specific movement and you accept it. Terms of carriage, liability limits, and claims procedures are governed by that documentation and the bill of lading, not by this page.
Quote requests
Submitting the form starts a conversation; it does not book freight. We will follow up to confirm details before anything is dispatched. Provide accurate freight information — weight, dimensions, commodity, and handling requirements determine whether we can legally and safely move it.
Shipment tracking
Tracking is provided for convenience. Status and estimated windows are our best current information and are not a guarantee of delivery at a particular time. Where the site is showing demonstration data it is labeled as such.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or its systems, scrape it in a way that degrades availability, or use it to submit unlawful material. Do not submit protected health information through the forms on this site.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, and marks on this site belong to CWG Solutions LLC or its licensors.
